Aegis Payroll is a full service, locally owned, payroll processor serving all of Hawaii since 1996. We have clients throughout the neighboring islands and mainland. The software we use is developed and supported by Payroll Associates and is being used by more than 300 independent payroll processors throughout the country. The software uses the latest technological available with all transmissions being done through a secure internet ftp site.

All payrolls are processed here in our offices, and not on the mainland, as is the case with our major competitors. Consequently, we are able to offer you scheduling flexibility to meet your needs. Payroll reports are available via the Web, within four hours after payroll submission. Checks are delivered via UPS or U.S. mail on the day following submission.

Because we understand the challenges of payroll and human resources tasks, we provide free workshops for the businesses in the communities. These workshops allow business people to ask questions and learn how other companies handle similar tasks and challenges.
