Employee Direct Deposits
Aegis Hawaii works with banks nation-wide in offering Direct Deposits to our clients. We actively submit files to local banks for distribution of payroll to employees. Our office works closely with local banks in the setup of payroll accounts. Why a payroll account? Creating payroll accounts help with the reconciliation of payroll taxes and wages. Keeping separate accounts help employers budget finances ensuring employees are paid and tax funds are budgeted.
Employee Self Service
Allow employees to access their past and present payroll information. Employees receive an automatic email notifying them there is a paystub available to view. They are also able to view their W2s. Each employee can edit their login and contact information too.
